Welcome to Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana, PSC where we have been providing caring, compassionate renal care to metro Louisville patients since 1988. We are the largest nephrology practice in Kentucky and have seen patients from nearly every county in Kentucky and half in Indiana. In addition to providing care for patients at every stage of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), our Nephrologists are involved with approximately 60 transplants a year and have a wonderful team to walk each patient through every step. All of our Nephrologists are certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology sub-speciality. Our goal is to help educate our patients and their loved ones to help them live a long and healthy life. More than 26 million Americans have chronic kidney
disease (CKD) and most don’t know it. The
National Kidney
Foundation’s Kidney Early Evaluation
Program (KEEP®) offers free screenings for those at risk–anyone 18 years
and older with high blood pressure, diabetes or a family history of these
conditions or kidney disease. The KEEP program is finding kidney disease
at the earliest stage possible. Learn more and
