Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana, PSC provides care for all aspects of kidney health ranging from prevention to treatment of all stages of kidney diseases. All our highly qualified physicians are Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. the prevention and treatment of kidney disease and all of our physicians are Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology sub-specialty. Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana opened our doors in 1988 and have been caring for patients from nearly every county in Kentucky and about half of the counties in Indiana.
Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana is the largest nephrology practice in the region and is involved with approximately 60 transplants each year at the UK Transplant Center.
Services that Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana offer include diagnosis and management of acute renal failure and all stages of chronic kidney disease.
Our ultimate goal is to slow down the progression of kidney disease. Should one develop complete kidney failure, we support and provide all aspects of dialysis, including home peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis (using the state of the art NXStage Systeand in-center hemodialysis.

Should you develop complete kidney failure, dialysis options including peritoneal dialysis, in-center, and home hemodialysis, nocturnal dialysis, and the NxStage System are supported. Additionally, the full spectrum of transplant care from pre-transplant evaluation, preparation, and acute in-hospital care to long-term transplant follow-up care provided by Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana.
